Abstract:
A dynamic matrix sensitivity measuring instrument for dynamic sensors, comprising a vibration block causing translation or rotary motion, an accelerometer, angular velocity meter or angular accelerometer, an output means for extracting output from such meter, one or more light reflectors, a displacement measuring means for detecting multi-dimensional motion by using a laser interferometer which irradiates the light reflectors with light from a plurality of directions, a data processing device for processing data on a motion state from the displacement measuring means so as to process multi-dimensional translation or rotary motion, a display means or transmission means for displaying or transmitting the output from the data processing device and the output from the accelerometer, angular velocity meter or angular accelerometer. Since the accelerometer has acceleration imposed thereon from every direction, there are cases where a correct acceleration value cannot be obtained even if one-dimensional calibration is made as in the prior art; therefore, the accelerometer is calibrated by actually imposing acceleration on the accelerometer from every direction.
