A railroad switch flexure device comprises: two guide plates (1), between which a plurality of first push rods (2) are arranged side by side in a direction X and extending in a direction Y; two stabilizing plates (3), between which a plurality of second push rods (4) are arranged side by side in the direction X and extending in the direction Y, the stabilizing plates (3) being spaced apart from the guide plates (1) in a direction Z; a first transmission shaft (5) and a second transmission shaft (6), extending in the direction X and respectively provided with a first gear (51) and a second gear (61); a driving assembly (7), comprising a worm (71) extending in the direction Z, the worm (71) having a first meshing portion (711) engaging with the first gear (51) and a second meshing portion (712) engaging with the second gear (61); a plurality of transmission assemblies (9, 10), configured such that the worm (71) rotates the first transmission shaft (5) and the second transmission shaft (6) to drive the corresponding first push rod (2) or second push rod (4) to move in the direction Y to achieve flexure of the two guide plates (1) and the two stabilizing plates (3). A flexure-enabled railroad switch is also provided.
