Abstract:
A dynamic recognition and control parameter correction system and method, comprising a data collection module, an online dynamic model recognition module for a permanent magnet short-range system, a control parameter correction module, and a main control system; during operation of a coal mining machine's permanent magnet short-range transmission system, collecting transmission system operation data in real time by means of the data collection module and performing recognition on the collected operation data by means of the online dynamic model recognition module for the permanent magnet short-range system; inputting the recognition results to the control parameter correction module; then the control parameter correction module correcting control parameters in real time, making the real-time control parameters match with parameters required by actual operating conditions; and then the main control system controlling the permanent magnet short-range system according to the corrected control parameters, thus achieving the expected control effect, effectively increasing cutting efficiency, conserving energy, lowering failure rates, and ensuring safe and reliable operation of the cutting units of coal mining machines.
