A dynamic storage apparatus, comprising a storage area, a powered carrying and moving apparatus, a carrier group, a carrier detection apparatus, a powered delivery apparatus, a gate, a gate detection apparatus, a temporary storage area, and a temporary storage area detection apparatus. The storage apparatus further comprises a central control system for directing, controlling, commanding and managing the operation of the apparatuses, and managing information returned by the apparatuses. The dynamic storage apparatus and the dynamic storage and taking management method are implemented by using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, and the basic and main features are: an RFID tag is labeled on a carrier instead of an object, and target objects managed by means of the storage apparatus and the dynamic storage and taking management method are carriers and the carrier group; moreover, on the basis that each carrier constituting the carrier group has recorded in detail, by using the RFID tag, the information of the object contained in the carrier, the aim of managing the object is achieved by means of the management of the carrier and the carrier group, and the space utilization rate of the storage apparatus is improved, and the central control system correctly and completely records the storage positions of all the objects.
