Abstract:
A dynamically-vulcanized antibacterial TPV composite material, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The dynamically-vulcanized antibacterial TPV composite material is prepared from specific amounts of polypropylene, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, an antibacterial agent, a flow modifier, a crosslinking agent, a heat stabilizer and an ultraviolet absorber. The antibacterial agent is evenly dispersed in the obtained dynamically-vulcanized antibacterial TPV composite material, and the obtained dynamically-vulcanized antibacterial TPV composite material has excellent antibacterial properties and good processing performance, and is easy to process and mold. The preparation method of the dynamically-vulcanized antibacterial TPV composite material has simple process, convenient operation and high benefit, and is suitable for industrial production. The dynamically-vulcanized antibacterial TPV composite material can be widely applied to the manufacturing of electric wire and cable sheaths, and has good processing performance, and moreover, the obtained electric wires and cables have obvious antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects.
