Abstract:
The production step of the disclosed dynamo-electric machine armature is simplified, and production costs are reduced. Each of a plurality of segment conductors (4) of a coil (3) is provided with: a linear conductor side section (5) that is disposed in a slot (22); a parallel protruding section (6) that extends parallel to the direction of extension of the conductor side section (5); and a diagonal protruding section (7) that, on the reverse side in the axial direction (L) from the parallel protruding section (6), is inclined in the circumferential direction with respect to the direction of extension of the conductor side section (5) in a manner so as to gradually become more distant from an armature core (2) in the axial direction (L), extending from the conductor side section (5) to the parallel protruding section (6) of a segment conductor joined to. The tip section of the diagonal protruding section (7) is joined to the parallel protruding section (6) of the segment conductor joined to, and the diagonal protruding section (7) of each segment conductor (4) is disposed adjacent to the diagonal protruding sections (7) of the adjacent segment conductors in the same layer in a manner so as to be aligned at a position that is parallel to and at the same position in the radial direction as the diagonal protruding sections (7) of the adjacent segment conductors in the same layer.
