Abstract:
A dynamo-electric machine (10) has a rotor (21) and a stator (31). The rotor has a nozzle (51) for forming an oil jet flow (61). An exposed-core portion of a stator core (32) is oriented along the central axis (56) of the nozzle. As a result, the jet flow does not directly contact a stator coil (33). Damage to the resin that covers the stator coil is minimized. The central axis of the nozzle extends out on the radially outward and radially inward sides of the nozzle without intersecting the rotor core (22). Placing the central axis as described above facilitates machining tool placement in a step of machining a large diameter hole (54) and a small diameter hole (55), and increases the degree of freedom when selecting the machining tool.
