Abstract:
A motor generator (10) which is a dynamo-electric machine is provided with a rotor (21), a rotor shaft (51) which rotates together with the rotor (21), and end plates (31, 36) which are provided at the opposite ends of the rotor (21). Oil passages (60, 70) which are provided independently of each other and through which oil flows are formed in the rotor shaft (51). Oil passages (32, 37) which communicate with the oil passages (60, 70) and lead the oil to the rotor (21) are respectively formed in the end plates (31, 36). The oil passages (60, 32) are formed in such a manner that the vector components of the oil flow do not face one another in the axial direction of a central axis (101) on the routes of the passages. The oil passages (70, 37) are formed in such a manner that the vector components of the oil flow do not face one another in the axial direction of the central axis (101) on the routes of the passages. This configuration makes it possible to provide a dynamo-electric machine capable of uniformly cooling a rotor.
