Abstract:
[Problem] To increase the rigidity of a dynamo-electric machine by providing the stator core with an increased outer diameter which a frame can accommodate.
[Solution] A dynamo-electric machine (1) is provided with a stator core (23) affixed to the inner periphery of a frame (22). The frame (22) linearly extends in the axial direction and has bulging ridges (33) on the inner peripheral surface thereof, the bulging ridges (33) having a shape bulging to the inner peripheral side. The stator core (23) has grooves (34) in the outer peripheral surface thereof, the grooves (34) allowing the bulging ridges (33) to be fitted therein. The frame (22) has recesses (32) in the outer periphery thereof, the recesses (32) preventing the interference of the frame (22) with mounting bolts (28) for mounting the dynamo-electric machine (1) to a device to be driven by the dynamo-electric machine (1). Bulging ridges (33) and grooves (34) are formed at the positions corresponding to the recesses (32). The dynamo-electric machine (1) is also provided with: brackets (21, 25) which are mounted to the axial ends of the frame (22); and assembling bolts (26) which affix the frame (22) and the brackets (21, 25) to each other. The frame (22) has bolt holes (31) for the assembling bolts (26), and bulging ridges (33) and grooves (34) are formed at the positions corresponding to the assembling bolt holes (31).
