Abstract:
A motor 1 is provided with a stator 2, a rotor 3, and a detection unit 4. The stator 2 has a stator core 11 including a yoke 21 and teeth 22. The stator core 11 is a pressed powder core containing particles of magnetic material. The rotor 3 has a rotor core 31 and a field magnet 32. The detection unit 4 has a part to be detected 41 and a detection unit 42. When the axial direction of the stator core 11 is the vertical direction, a flange part 22b extending facing upward is provided at the tip part of the teeth 22. The rotor core 31 has a main unit part 31b, and a cylinder part 31c extending facing upward from the outer periphery part of the main unit part 31b. The part to be detected 41 is positioned further to the inside than the cylinder part 31c in the radial direction of the yoke 21, and is positioned at the top side of the main unit part 31b in the vertical direction. The lower edge part of the part to be detected 41 is positioned further downward than the upper edge part of the cylinder part 31c and the upper edge part of the flange part 22b.
