Abstract:
The control method of the present invention controls an N-fold, three-phase dynamoelectric machine, when N is an integer of 2 or more. The dynamoelectric machine is equipped with N groups of phase coils, and the phase coils of each group are each connected to a separate three-phase inverter. This control method controls the dynamoelectric machine by setting the values of β and γ in a manner such that γ=±(α+2β) and/or γ=±(α-β)/2 are satisfied, on the basis of comparison results between the current amplitude of a primary component of a carrier harmonic current and the current amplitude of a secondary component thereof, when the space phase difference of the in-phase coils of each group is α, the time phase difference of the electric current supplied to the in-phase coils of each group is β, and the time phase difference of the carrier frequency of the PWM control of the three-phase inverters is γ.
