Abstract:
Disclosed is a dynamometer for a car steering wheel position adjustment device (a), comprising a machine frame box (00), a fixing jig (01), an auxiliary fixing jig (01a), a first force measuring mechanism (02) and a second force measuring mechanism (03). The fixing jig (01) comprises a bottom plate (010), four locking devices (101, 102, 103, 104) and two support devices (20, 30); both the two force measuring mechanisms (02, 03) comprise a force measuring device (50, 70); the fixing jig (01) and the first force measuring mechanism (02) are mounted on a bottom plane inside a frame box body (002), the first force measuring mechanism (02) is located in front of the fixing jig (01), the auxiliary fixing jig (01a) is mounted on a right side wall inside the frame box body (002), and the second force measuring mechanism (03) is mounted on a left side wall inside the frame box body (002); and the two force measuring mechanisms (02, 03) respectively measure the force of an extending rod (a4) and an adjustment handle (a3) of the car steering wheel position adjustment device (a). In this way, an operator can know the force needed by a user to operate the extending rod (a4) and the adjustment handle (a3) of the steering wheel position adjustment device (a), so as to facilitate adjusting of the tightness of the extending rod (a4) and the adjustment handle (a3) by a manufacturer.
