Abstract:
Provided is an e-mail classification device comprising: a storage unit which receives an input of text data of an e-mail message to be classified and stores same at least temporarily; a distinguishing data table which stores, for each part of speech, morphemes which may be included in the text data of an e-mail message; an analysis unit which refers to the distinguishing data table and, from among the morphemes stored in the distinguishing data table, identifies the morphemes included in the e-mail message to be classified; a data conversion unit which, on the basis of the result of the processing by the analysis unit, generates an image for determination which expresses a distribution of the morphemes included in the e-mail message to be classified, from among the morphemes stored in the distinguishing data table; and a classification determination unit which, on the basis of a learning model which learns a correlation between the image for determination and a category of the e-mail message to be classified, determines the category of the e-mail message to be classified.
