Abstract:

The present invention provides a new class of (E)-α,β-unsaturated amide compounds represented by formula I, and also relates to methods for preparing such compounds and the pharmaceutical uses thereof. The compounds have the effect of protecting nerve cells and an immunoregulatory activity. The definitions of R1, R2 and R3 in formula I are given in the description.
