Abstract:
An ear canal form model manufacturing apparatus, comprising a sealed chamber (1), an ear-like female mold (3), an ultraviolet lamp (4), and a spraying system (5). The ear-like female mold (3) and the ultraviolet lamp (4) are both located in the sealed chamber (1). The spraying system (5) comprises an atomizing spray head (51), and the atomizing spray head (51) can extend into or leave the ear-like female mold (3). The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1: manufacturing an ear-like female mold (3), and fixing the ear-like female mold (3) in a sealed chamber (1); S2: spraying a photosensitive nano-raw material into the ear-like female mold (3); S3: illuminating and curing the sprayed raw material by means of an ultraviolet lamp (4); S4: taking out a shell to obtain a finished product. The present invention provides an apparatus and method capable of efficiently making an ultra-thin shell.
