Abstract:
An early alert method (100) and apparatus (200), a process instrument (300), and a computing device (400). The method comprises: receiving a measurement value of a process variable that is measured by a process instrument (S102); predicting a linear estimation value by using a linear prediction model, comparing the linear estimation value with a preset warning threshold, and when the linear estimation value is greater than the preset warning threshold, setting the linear estimation value to be a first estimation value (S104); analyzing the position of the current measurement value in a measurement value cycle of the process variable, comparing the current measurement value with a value at the same position in the previous cycle to determine a deviation value, adding the deviation value to the previous peak value or valley value to serve as the maximum estimation value, comparing same with the preset warning threshold, and when the maximum estimation value is greater than the preset warning threshold, setting the maximum estimation value to be a second estimation value (S106); calculating an estimation value of the process variable on the basis of the first estimation value and the second estimation value (S108); and comparing the estimation value of the process variable with the preset warning threshold, and sending an early alert signal when the estimation value of the process variable is greater than the preset warning threshold (S110).
