Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an earpiece for eyeglasses capable of: increasing the adhesion with a simple structure, thereby causing the eyeglasses to feel stable and comfortable for the wearer; preventing the slip-down or disconnect of the eyeglasses despite its lightness; and exhibiting excellent design.
[Solution] An earpiece provided at the ear hook portion in an eyeglass temple is configured to have one or a plurality of holes 1c, 1d in at least one pyramid surface of the earpiece body 1 extending pyramid like toward the tip. The earpiece body 1 may be plastically deformed into a shape adjusted to the head shape of an eyeglass wearer, or the earpiece body 1 may be formed to include an elastically deformable part that can be brought into a tight contact with the head of the eyeglass wearer. The earpiece body 1 may be formed having a pyramid shape with one or a plurality of holes 1c passing through from one pyramid surface to another pyramid surface.
