[Problem] To provide an earth hook used to release, to the ground, induced current produced in electrical equipment such as power transmission lines, wherein the grounding of electrical equipment is reliably maintained and the risk of induced electric shocks is avoided. [Solution] This earth hook 1 is provided with: an electrically insulated operation rod 2; a head portion metal fixture 3 provided on one end portion of the operation rod 2 and attached to a conductive body, a plurality of grounding metal fixtures 4, 5 attached to a grounding member; and an earth wire 6 electrically connecting the head portion metal fixture 3 and the plurality of grounding metal fixtures 4, 5. For example, the earth wire 6 includes: a main earth wire 6a electrically connected to the head portion metal fixture 3; and a sub earth wire 6b electrically connected to the main earth wire 6a, wherein a main grounding metal fixture 4 is connected to the tip portion of the main earth wire 6a, and a sub grounding metal fixture 5 is connected to the tip portion of the sub earth wire 6b. In addition, the main grounding metal fixture 4 may be connected to the tip portion of one main earth wire 6a, and the sub grounding metal fixture 5 may be connected in the middle of the main earth wire 6a.
