Abstract:
Two or more earth leakage test signals having different phases are output to a detection resistor (4), and a detection voltage generated in the detection resistor (4) is loaded into a signal detection circuit (5) through an A/D conversion circuit (5a) having a differential input function. The signal detection circuit (5) outputs a trip signal or an alarm output signal if the detection voltage exceeds a certain level.
