Title:
EARTHQUAKE-SENSITIVE POWER SOURCE INTERRUPTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/135400
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an earthquake-sensitive power source interruption device which has a simple structure and is inexpensive, which can be easily installed without a professional, and which can reliably cause a pseudo earth leakage when vibrated at or above a certain level by an earthquake so as to activate an earth leakage interrupter. The earthquake-sensitive power source interruption device comprises: a first plate-shaped member (10) that is made of a conductive metal; a second plate-shaped member (20) that is made of a conductive metal and that is disposed above the first plate-shaped member (10) with a predetermined gap therebetween; a contact member (35) that is made of a conductive metal and that is disposed above the first plate-shaped member (10) and between the first plate-shaped member (10) and the second plate-shaped member (20); and a weight member (36) that is provided integrally with the contact member (35). When the weight member (36) swings due to an external vibration at or above a certain level, the contact member (35) contacts both the first plate-shaped member (10) and the second plate-shaped member (20), and thereby the first plate-shaped member (10) and the second plate-shaped member (20) become conductive.
