Abstract:
An easy-open crown cap, comprising a crown cap body and a pull ring (3), the crown cap body also comprising a cover face (1) and a skirt edge (2); a rivet (4) is provided on the cover face (1) next to the skirt edge (2), and the pull ring is secured onto the cover face by means of the rivet; and a score line (5) is disposed on the cover face surrounding the rivet, one end of the score line extending to the lower edge of the skirt edge, and the other end extending to the upper edge of the skirt edge. The present easy-open crown cap can use existing pressure-sealing devices for pressure sealing, effectively reducing production costs. A bottle opener is not required to open the bottle cap; the bottle cap can be pulled open just by gripping the pull ring by hand, being simple and practical. Compared to other crown caps, production of the present easy-open crown cap can be easily automated, and the production yield and material utilisation rate thereof can also be effectively improved.
