Abstract:
Provided is an easy-processing CPVC composition, the CPVC composition comprising the following components, in parts by weight: 25-75 parts of a CPVC resin powder, 25-75 parts of a PVC resin powder, 5-20 parts of a CPVC recycled material, 3-8 parts of a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 2-8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2-6 parts of an impact modifier, 1.5-2.5 parts of a lubricant, 1-3 parts of an ACR processing aid, 2-3 parts of rutile-type titanium dioxide, and 0.02-0.1 parts of a pigment, wherein the particle size of a PVC recycled material is greater than or equal to 40 meshes, and the chlorine content of the CPVC resin powder is greater than or equal to 67 wt%. A CPVC pipe has better heat resistance and mechanical properties, and is easy to process. The vicat softening temperature is higher than 90ºC, and the tensile yield strength is greater than 49 MPa.
