Abstract:
An easy-to-adjust bionic sensor, comprising a fixed top cover (1); an adjustment screw (3) is detachably mounted on an upper surface of the fixed top cover (1), a rotating handle (4) is fixedly mounted on an upper end outer surface of the adjustment screw (3), a connecting joint (5) is fixedly mounted on an outer surface of one side of the fixed top cover (1), a threaded sleeving ring (6) is fixedly mounted on an inner surface of the fixed top cover (1), a connecting bottom cover (7) is fixedly mounted on a lower surface of the fixed top cover (1), a ceramic chip cover (8) is detachably mounted on a lower surface of the connecting bottom cover (7), and multiple connecting pins (9) are fixedly mounted on a lower surface of the ceramic chip cover (8). After the described bionic sensor is installed and fixed, the bionic sensor can adjust the bonding depth of the connecting pins so as to facilitate the adjustment testing and use of the sensor, and a construction made of a ceramic material can be used to prevent blocking interference on a data read/write signal of a sensor chip, thereby ensuring the speed of reading/writing data.
