Abstract:
Disclosed is an easy-to-adjust fixing platform for machining for making a coach lightweight. The fixing platform comprises a fixing bench (1), wherein the fixing bench (1) is internally provided with a first cavity (2); a bottom face of the fixing bench (1) is fixedly connected to adjustment mechanisms (3) and buffer mechanisms (4); an upper surface of the fixing bench (1) is provided with a strip-shaped sliding hole (5); a holding mechanism (6) is provided in the first cavity (2); the holding mechanism (6) comprises a first electric motor (601), a first threaded rod (602), a threaded ring (603), a first sliding rod (604), a holding plate (605), a first limiting ring (606) and a first bearing (607); the first electric motor (601) is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the first cavity (2); an output end of the first electric motor (601) is fixedly connected to one end of the first threaded rod (602); the first bearing (607) is sheathed on an outer surface of the first threaded rod (602); and an outer ring of the first bearing (607) is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the first cavity (2). The fixing platform can be conveniently adjusted in terms of height and can achieve buffering under stress.
