Abstract:
An easy-to-install self-adhesive heat insulation board comprises a self-adhesive waterproofing roll, a base layer wall body, a gas barrier film, a bonding layer, a mesh fabric, a heat barrier layer, an anchor bolt, a veneer layer, a waterproofing layer, and a heat insulation layer. The self-adhesive waterproofing roll is formed by isolation paper, polymer self-adhesion oil, elastomer modified asphalt, a polyester base fabric, and a non-woven fabric. The easy-to-install self-adhesive heat insulation board is provided with the self-adhesive waterproofing roll. The heat insulation board can, by direct peeling off of the isolation paper and without using a binder or performing heating until melting, be firmly bonded to the base layer by the polymer self-adhesion oil. The polyester base fabric automatically fills small punctures, and when pierced or when a hard object is embedded therein, the polyester base fabric is automatically integrated with these objects as a whole so as to maintain waterproofing performance. The elastomer modified asphalt has rubber elasticity and excellent elongation, adapts well to deformation and cracking of the base layer, and facilitates installation of the heat insulation board, thereby greatly improving installation speed.
