Abstract:
An easy-to-maintain exhaust device for a fan, comprising a body (1). A motor (11) is fixed inside the body (1), and the surface of the motor (11) is provided with three integrated rectangular blocks (7). A support column (4) is fixed on the top of each rectangular block (7), and the top of the support column (4) is provided with a T-shaped sliding block (12). T-shaped sliding grooves (17) corresponding to the T-shaped sliding blocks (12) are formed inside the body (1). One end of the motor (11) is provided with four connecting members (8), and fan blades (6) are connected to the tops of the connecting members (8). When the motor (11) is installed and fixed, the motor (11) can be fixed inside the body (1) only by inserting the T-shaped sliding blocks (12) into the T-shaped sliding grooves (17) in an aligned manner and then passing bolts through gaskets (5) and inserting same into bolt holes to tighten, so that the fixation mode of the motor (11) becomes easier, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the motor (11). Moreover, when the fan blades (6) need to be replaced, the tops of the connecting members (8) can be pulled out of a fixed base (13) only by simultaneously pushing two push-pull blocks (15) on the surface of each connecting member (8) to the inside, so that the replacement process for the fan blades (6) becomes faster.
