Abstract:

Easy-to-open can lid provided with a score for opening which partitions an opening and a protective resin coated band provided so as to cover the opposite ends of a tab for opening located at the opening and the score for opening, and particularly aims at providing an easy-to-open lid which has an excellent anticorrosiveness at the part of the score and, further, an excellent staining resistance of a protective resin coated band, and manufacture thereof. The easy-to-open lid of the invention is, for example, provided with an organic resin coating on the external surface of said lid, where said protective resin coated band is formed of plastisol of vinyl chloride resins containing at least on kind of additive selected from the group consisting of fillers for anchorage, tackifiers, and amino resins and, further, said organic resin coating and protective resin coated band are separably adhered to each other.
