Abstract:
An easy-to-use multicore cable and a production method therefor, belonging to the field of automation equipment. The easy-to-use multicore cable comprises a tubular outer sheath, at least two tubular core sheaths accommodated within the outer sheath, and at least five metal wires accommodated within each core sheath. Each core sheath is a three-part structure sleeved onto the outer side of the metal wires. Two ends of a core-sheath middle portion extend beyond the outer sheath to the outside, and the length of each of two core-sheath end portions is less than the length of the core-sheath middle portion. During a core sheath removal procedure, each core sheath is only broken into a three-part structure while preserving the two core-sheath end portions on the outside of the metal wires, so as to protect and limit the metal wires by means of the broken core sheath, thereby solving the problem in which metals wires are easily bent during transportation due to external forces, and become messy and inconvenient to use.
