The present invention relates to an easy-to-use rice cake steaming device capable of steaming rice cakes conveniently using steam. The rice cake steaming device of the invention comprises: a water reservoir (20); a steamer (70) for generating steam using water that is supplied from the water reservoir (20); a heater (100) installed at the steamer (70), for heating the water; a holder (30) to which the steam having been generated by the steamer (70) is provided; a rice cake shaping part removably seated inside the holder (30), for shaping a rice cake with rice cake powder stored therein; a reheating means (120) for reheating the steam provided from the steamer (70) to remove moisture from the steam; and a controller (130) for controlling the water supply operation through the water reservoir (20) and the heating operation. According to the present invention with such a configuration, because the steam being provided to the holder (30) is reheated by the reheating means (120), only moisture-free dry steam is provided to the holder (30), making the resulting rice cake sticky without being watery.
