Abstract:
Provided is an ebullition cooling device which can further improve cooling performance. A heat receiving part (11) comprises: a heat transfer wall (2) having an attachment surface to which an object (9) to be cooled is attached, an uneven surface made of a plurality of recessed strips provided to an area excluding the attachment surface; and a metal porous body (3) attached so as to be superimposed on top of the uneven surface (21) of the heat transfer wall, and having a plurality of through-holes (30) formed therein of which one opening faces the uneven surface (21) and the other opening is opened to a space on the side opposite from the uneven surface. At least the uneven surface (21) of the heat transfer wall (2) and the metal porous body (3) are immersed in a refrigerant liquid (10). The uneven surface (21) of the heat transfer wall is an inclined wall or a vertical wall having a height position which changes in one direction along a direction in which the recessed strips (22) extend, and at least an upper end (22a) of the recessed strips (22) at a high position among both ends in the direction in which the recessed strips extend is open.
