Abstract:
Disclosed is an eccentric amount measuring method, wherein a first position of a light source image formed by reflection by a first optical surface is measured (S2), a predetermined second position related to a second optical surface is measured (S3), and a relative eccentric amount between both the optical surfaces is calculated on the basis of the first and second positions (S5). In the eccentric amount measuring method, the eccentric amount can be measured by the same measurement optical system regardless of the radius of curvature of the optical surface of an optical element.
