Abstract:
An eccentric revolving drive unit comprising a stator (2) fixed to a casing (1), bearing supports (5, 6) fixed to the casing (1), a rotary shaft (4) rotatably supported in the bearing supports (5, 6) through bearings (7, 8), a rotor (3) fixed to the rotary shaft (4), a revolving shaft (9) eccentrically supported for rotation on the rotary shaft (4) through bearing (10, 11), the upper end of the revolving shaft (9) projecting beyond the casing (1), a revolving plate (12) fixed to the lower portion of the revolving shaft (9), an Oldham's ring (13) having projections (14, 15) and disposed between the bearing support (6) and the revolving plate (12), orthogonal grooves (16, 17) formed in the bearing support (6) and revolving plate (12), the projection (14, 15) being engaged in the grooves (16, 17).
