Abstract:
An eccentric swinging stepping rewinding type reel sprinkling machine, comprising a rack (1), a clamping channel type reel (2), a sprinkling device (3), and a stepping driving device (4). A clamping channel (21) is provided on the clamping channel type reel in the circumferential direction, the stepping driving device comprises a water turbine gearbox (41), an eccentric swinging mechanism (42), an upper caliper (43), and a lower caliper (44), and the upper caliper and the lower caliper match with each other and are installed on the clamping channel in a clamping mode. According to the eccentric swinging stepping rewinding type reel sprinkling machine, a water turbine driving eccentric swinging mechanism is adopted to achieve eccentric swinging, then the upper caliper is driven to move up and down to intermittently articulate the clamping channel of the clamping channel type reel, so as to drive the clamping channel type reel to rewind intermittently and roll back a sprinkling PE pipe automatically, and in the intermittent rewinding process of the clamping channel type reel, the lower caliper can prevent the clamping channel type reel from rotating reversely. The reel sprinkling machine is simple in overall structure and high in use flexibility, it is convenient to sprinkle garden vegetation and maintenance, and on the premise of saving the water resource, water in sprinkled soil is horizontally and uniformly distributed, uniform irrigation is guaranteed, and thus the machine is particularly suitable for garden sprinkling.
