Abstract:
An eccentric wheel assembly capable of achieving torque stepless variable adjustment, and a star type hydraulic pump. The eccentric wheel assembly comprises a crankshaft, an eccentric wheel (16) and a passive adjustment plunger (14), wherein the crankshaft is provided with at least one first oil cavity (9) used for accommodating the passive adjustment plunger (14), one end of the first oil cavity (9) is open, and the other end of the first oil cavity is connected to an oil path (10); the passive adjustment plunger (14) is arranged in the first oil cavity (9) in a sealed manner and can move in the first oil cavity (9); the eccentric wheel (16) is provided with a mounting hole, the eccentric wheel (16) is arranged on the periphery of the first oil cavity (9) in a sleeving manner by means of the mounting hole, the passive adjustment plunger (14) is wrapped by one side of the mounting hole of the eccentric wheel (16), and a return spring (11) is arranged between the other side of the mounting hole of the eccentric wheel and the crankshaft; and when the passive adjustment plunger (14) is pressed by hydraulic oil to move to extend out from the first oil cavity (9), the eccentric wheel (16) and the crankshaft are eccentric shafts. Under the stress driving action of the passive adjusting plunger (14) on the crankshaft, the eccentric wheel (16) laterally moves, such that an eccentric distance of the crankshaft is adjusted to achieve stepless variable adjustment of torque, and finally variable output of hydraulic oil is achieved.
