Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a drive force generation unit 27 that generates drive force, a movable part 29 that is capable of moving in a direction intersecting the axial direction of a ferrule F due to the drive force from the drive force generation unit, a friction contact part 31 that is provided to the movable part and that comes into contact with the outer periphery of the ferrule to cause the ferrule to rotate due to frictional force during movement of the movable part, and a control unit that controls the drive force generation unit. The control unit controls the drive force generation unit, causes the movable part to move one way along the intersecting direction and causes the ferrule to rotate in order to measure eccentricity, and causes the movable part to move farther along the intersecting direction and causes the ferrule to rotate in order to adjust the eccentric direction to a prescribed direction.
