Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly adhesive resin using a low carbon emission process, an adhesive resin prepared thereby, an adhesive composition containing the adhesive resin, and an adhesive layer formed using same. In the present invention, a colloidal adhesive resin having a core-shell structure is manufactured using an amphiphilic polymer and a hydrophobic monomer. By using the manufacturing method according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce carbon emissions compared to conventional processes and decrease the viscosity of the adhesive resin without difficulty using only a small amount of solvent. In addition, by using the present invention, it is possible to reduce the energy consumed in drying the adhesive layer and form an eco-friendly adhesive layer having excellent adhesiveness and heat resistance.
