Abstract:
An eco-friendly composite fiber spunbonded non-woven fabric containing plant-derived polyethylene according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed by: melting a first component containing polypropylene and a second component containing plant-derived polyethylene in separate extruders, respectively; spinning the respective polymers by using nozzles capable of side-by-side spinning; solidifying the spun filaments by applying cooling air thereto; elongating the solidified filaments through elongation; laying the elongated filaments onto a continuously driven porous screen belt to form non-woven fabric webs; and joining the laid non-woven fabric webs through thermal bonding to impart the shape stability of the non-woven fabric webs.
