Abstract:
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly composition for a liquid-type de-icer, characterized by comprising 35-45 wt% of magnesium chloride, 5-10 wt% of glycerin and propylene glycol, 1-5 wt% of citrate, 0.05-1.0 wt% of poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), and the balance of water. The eco-friendly composition for a liquid-type de-icer has the characteristics that the composition is environment-friendly due to good corrosion resistance of metal; it facilitates snow removal because the composition can be uniformly dispersed due to good dispersibility and fluidity; it has a fast initial reaction rate for snow and ice thawing even after being dispersed; it has good sustainability; it prevents re-freezing; and it is cheap.
