Abstract:
An ecological flow determination method considering a lift amount, relating to the field of environmental engineering, comprising: collecting related data needed to calculate ecological flow; determining ecological base flow; selecting the upper limit Qmax and the lower limit Qmin of the ecological base flow, and preliminarily determining an interval [Qmin, Qmax] of the ecological base flow; verifying the lower limit Qmin of the ecological base flow Q; calculating landscape wetland water demands B1, sediment transport water demands B2, and dilution self-purification water demands B3 of three service objects; comparing the water demands of the three service objects to determine a lift amount S; finding a minimum value and a maximum value to determine the lift amount lower limit Smin and the lift amount upper limit Smax of the interval; and combining the ecological base flow Q and the lift amount S to comprehensively determine the ecological flow. The method simplifies complex problems, and proposes to use the ecological base flow as an assessment target and is thus more direct and effective; in addition, the interval management of the ecological flow can reflect the natural attribute and the functional attribute of the ecological flow, and also emphasize the service attribute that people serve the ecology.
