Abstract:
An ectopic endometrium recognition polypeptide, and a derivative and the use thereof, which belong to the field of medical cell biology. The ectopic endometrium recognition polypeptide comprises a combination of one or more of the following sequences: SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5 and SEQ ID NO: 6. Such polypeptide molecules can specifically recognise ectopic endometrium lesion tissue, and provides a specific recognition tool for the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with endometriosis. As a result of the conservation and specificity of the sequence, the polypeptide is applicable to various types of basic clinical research and applications with regard to human endometriosis, and is also suitable for serving as a research tool in endometriosis modeling laboratory animals.
