Abstract:
This invention combines high magnetic force and heat resistance for a magnetic field-forming magnet which applies a magnetic field to an object being inspected, which is the object of an inspection by an eddy current detection device. The magnetic field-forming magnet 60 which applies a magnetic field to an object 30 being inspected comprises a first magnet 60a and a second magnet 60b, the first magnet 60a having a high magnetic force, and the second magnet 60b having a higher heat resistance than the first magnet 60a is mounted on the end 62 (the end on the side of the object 30 being inspected) close to the first magnet 60.
