Abstract:
An eddy-current friction-pendulum seismic reduction and isolation support, comprising an upper support plate (1), a hinged slider (2), a spherical-face slide plate (3), a lower support plate (4), permanent magnets (5), copper plates (6), vertical seismic reduction springs (7), limit plates (8), a seismic reduction layer (9), dustproof rings (10), bolt holes (11), a slider accommodating cavity (12), a friction pad (13) and energy-dissipation pads (14); a circular blind hole is provided in the middle of the lower support plate (4); the vertical seismic reduction spring (7), the spherical-face slide plate (3), the friction pad (13) and the hinged slider (2) are sequentially provided at the bottom of the blind hole from bottom to top; in the middle of the upper support plate (1), the slider accommodating cavity (12) is matched with the hinged slider (2); the permanent magnets (5) are provided on the outer periphery of the slider accommodating cavity (12) in the lower surface of the upper support plate (1); and the magnetic poles of every two adjacent permanent magnets (5) are opposite. Said seismic reduction and isolation support uses the eddy current seismic reduction technology and a novel magnetic-rubber-material seismic reduction layer to improve the energy dissipation ability of the friction-pendulum seismic reduction and isolation support, improving the durability, achieving three-dimensional structural seismic reduction and isolation of the structure under the extreme load effect of an earthquake, a typhoon or the like.
