Abstract:
An eddy current testing system for nondestructive testing of a pipeline, relating to the technical field of nondestructive testing, and comprising a data processing unit, a first signal conditioning unit, a second signal conditioning unit, and a testing probe. The testing probe comprises an excitation coil, a receiving coil, and a passive resonant coil, and the passive resonant coil is provided between the excitation coil and the receiving coil. There is no need to additionally provide a magnetization processing device to the testing system, such that the volume of the system is greatly decreased, the requirement of the testing system for the internal cleanliness of a pipeline is reduced, the pipeline passing property of the testing system is improved, and the cost overhead of the system is greatly reduced; the passive resonant coil is introduced between the excitation coil and the receiving coil, such that coupling between the excitation coil and the receiving coil can be enhanced, the energy transmission efficiency is improved, the sensitivity of the testing probe is further improved, the probe can accurately test a defect of a pipeline at a higher lift-off height, and the defect testing capacity of the probe is improved.
