Abstract:
An edge computing system and a data storage method, which relate to the field of edge device data storage. The edge computing system comprises a cloud platform, a data filtering storage unit, and a snapshot data storage unit, wherein the cloud platform is connected to the snapshot data storage unit by means of the data filtering storage unit. The method comprises: first, the cloud platform sends a configuration instruction to the data filtering storage unit and the snapshot data storage unit, and the data filtering storage unit and the snapshot data storage unit respectively carry out configurations according to the configuration instruction; then, the data filtering storage unit filters and stores data according to a configured rule; and the snapshot data storage unit records and stores the data according to the configured rule. The purpose is to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art in which the collection, storage, and processing of high-resolution data require huge computing resources, so that high-resolution data may be processed efficiently, and the utilization rate of resources may be optimized.
