Abstract:
Disclosed is an edge finishing machine for a liquid crystal panel, used for grinding and machining a liquid crystal panel (200). The edge finishing machine (100) comprises an angle grinding wheel assembly (110) and a forming grinding wheel assembly (120). The angle grinding wheel assembly (110) corresponds to a cutting edge (230) of the liquid crystal panel (200) and performs angular machining of the cutting edge (230) to grind away sharp parts from the cutting edge (230). The forming grinding wheel assembly (120) corresponds to the full cutting surface (240) of the liquid crystal panel (200) and performs forming machining of the full cutting surface (240) to remove differences and foreign bodies from the full cutting surface (240). The edge finishing machine for a liquid crystal panel can perform both angular machining of a cutting edge of a liquid crystal panel and forming machining of the cutting surface, without the need to perform further forming machining after the liquid crystal panel has undergone angular machining, reducing the manpower and material resources required for forming machining the liquid crystal panel, and increasing the production capacity of liquid crystal panels.
