Abstract:
Disclosed is an edge-grinding device for the production of a sound insulation and thermal insulation board of a rubber and plastic floor, the edge-grinding device comprising a preset housing and a cutting blade, wherein the top end of the preset housing is fixedly connected to a rotating mechanism; the top end of the rotating mechanism is fixedly connected to a servo motor; the top end of the servo motor is fixedly connected to a mounting structure; the top end of the mounting structure is fixedly connected to the cutting blade; and two sides of the rotating mechanism are fixedly connected to a fixing structure. According to the edge-grinding device for the production of a sound insulation and thermal insulation board of a rubber and plastic floor, by means of the rotating mechanism, it is convenient to automatically change position according to a grinding angle to achieve more convenient and rapid operation, and workers can grind a thermal insulation board without moving their own positions, thereby avoiding a grinding dead space and further saving the physical strength of the workers. The working principle of the rotating mechanism is that a rotating electric motor is started by means of an external power source to drive a preset inner turbine to rotate such that the preset inner turbine drives a preset outer turbine to turn left and right on the basis of the principle of a screw thread, with the bottom end of a reserved cover body being fixedly connected to the preset housing.
