Abstract:
Disclosed are an edge type LED backlight module (10), a liquid crystal display device (100) and a fixation method of a reflective sheet (1). The backlight module (10) comprises a back plate (2), a side wall (6), a light guide plate (5), a light-emitting device (7), and a reflective sheet (1). The side wall (6) is connected to the back plate (2). The light guide plate (5) is disposed on the back plate (2). The light-emitting device (7) is disposed on the back plate (2). The reflective sheet (1) is disposed between the back plate (2) and the light guide plate (5). The light guide plate (5) has a light-outgoing top face (51) and a light-incoming side face (52). The light-incoming side face (52) is adjacent to the light-outgoing top face (51). The light-emitting device (7) is located between the light-incoming side face (52) and the side wall (6). The backlight module (10) further contains at least one first stretching member (13) and one second stretching member (14). Two ends of the first stretching member (13) and of the second stretching member (14) are connected to the reflective sheet (1) and the back plate (2) respectively. The backlight module (10) uses at least two stretching members (13, 14, 15, 16) to apply at least two tensile forces on the reflective sheet (1), so that the reflective sheet (1) is still in a stretched state when thermal expansion occurs to a certain extent. Hence, warping due to thermal expansion can be avoided effectively, and in turn optical properties of the backlight module (10) are improved greatly.
