Abstract:
An edible food. The edible food is an artificial deer horn, and the artificial deer horn comprises starch, a plasticizer, water, and optionally proteins, fibers and additives. A preparation method for the artificial deer horn, comprising the following steps: mixing the materials mentioned above uniformly; feeding the mixture into a die-casting mold and thermally solidify same to the artificial deer horn at a temperature of about 80 °C to about 150 °C and a pressure of about 10 MPa to about 110 MPa; and drying the resultant at about 60 °C to about 90 °C for about 2-6 hours.
