Abstract:
An educational blackboard with intelligent supplemental lighting, comprising: a blackboard (1). A top portion of the blackboard (1) is provided with an opaque box (2). An LED lamp (20) and a light guide panel (21) with a trapezoid cross-section are internally provided within the box (2). The box (2) is provided with an indented cavity for engaging with the LED lamp (20) and the light guide panel (21). Two trapezoid side surfaces of the light guide panel (21) are provided with a light reflecting layer. The invention further comprises a light sensor (3) and a controller (4) disposed on one side of the blackboard. The controller (4) is used for receiving a light intensity reading from the light sensor (3), and for controlling the LED lamp (20) to adjust a brightness. When the light sensor (3) senses that the brightness of external lighting has become lower, the sensor sends a signal to the controller (4) to control the brightness of the LED lamp (20). A light is then uniformly emitted by means of the light guide panel (21). The invention is highly intelligent and does not cause an eye injury. The light guide panel (21) has a trapezoid cross-section. The light reflecting layer is provided on both sides of the light guide panel, providing a larger area of illumination and better utilization of a light beam. The invention has a simple structure and low cost, and is easy to popularize.
