Claims:
The Claim:

1. A plant nutrient composition comprising: first component comprising of nitrogenous fertilizer or phosphorus or NPK complex fertilizer; second component comprising of micronutrients; wherein micronutrients are humic acid and/or boric acid and/or salts of Zn, cu, Mn, Mg or combination thereof, wherein the ratio of first component to second component is in the range of 10: 0.05 to 10: 3.

2. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein nitrogenous fertilizer is urea.

3. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein phosphorus fertilizer is diammonium phosphate (DAP).

4. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein micronutrients are humic acid, boric acid, fulvic acid, cupric sulphate, zinc sulphate or combination thereof.

5. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein ratio of first component to second component is preferably in the range of 10:0.1 to 10: 2.

6. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein first component is optionally treated with castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil.

7. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein ratio of first component to castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil is in the range of 10:0.1 to 10: 2.

8. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein urea is mixed with humic acid in the range of 10:0.2.

9. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein urea is mixed with humic acid and boric acid in the range of 10:0.6.

10. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein urea is mixed with cupric sulphate in the range of 10:0.1. 11. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein urea is mixed with zinc sulphate in the range of 10:0.1.

12. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein diammonium phosphate is mixed with fulvic acid in the range of 10:0.5.

13. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein urea is mixed with humic acid in the range of 10:0.2.

14. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein urea is mixed with humic acid and boric acid in the range of 10:0.6.

15. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein urea is mixed with cupric sulphate in the range of 10:0.1. 16. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein urea is mixed with zinc sulphate in the range of 10:0.1.

17. The plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein diammonium phosphate is mixed with fulvic acid in the range of 10:0.5.

18. A method for preparing plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 1, comprising step of mixing urea or diammonium phosphate or NPK complex fertilizer with humic acid and/or boric acid and/or salts of Zn, cu, Mn, Mg and heating at temperature in the range of 100 °C -130°C °C for a period in the range of 10 to 60 minutes.

19. The method for preparing plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 18, involves solid -solid incorporation or adhering or coating of micronutrient.

20. The method for preparing plant nutrient composition as claimed in claim 18, wherein urea or diammonium phosphate or NPK complex fertilizer is devoid of moisture.

21. The plant nutrient as claimed in any preceding claims, having application on crops such as cotton, chillies, paddy, etc.

22. The plant nutrient as claimed in any preceding claims enhances the yield of crops by 10% to 35%.

"AN EFFECTIVE PLANT NUTRIENT AND A PROCESS FOR

MANUFACTURING OF THE SAME BY INCORPORATION"

FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to a field of agriculture, in particular this invention pertains to development of plant nutrient related to precision agriculture. This effective plant nutrient is useful for enhancement of significant crop yield.

BACK GROUND AND PRIOR ART OF INVENTION

There is a need for developing economical process for manufacturing effective plant nutrients having utility in custom plant nutrition than existing to answer the need for precision farming.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The primary objective of this invention is to provide plant nutrient which can be used as fertilizer in precision agriculture. Another objective of the present invention is to provide a viable, effective, economical and simple process to manufacture efficient plant nutrients. Another objective of the present invention is to provide a process for manufacturing an effective plant nutrient using solid-solid incorporation, or adhering or coating of micronutrient.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

While the invention is susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, specific aspects thereof has been shown by way of example in the illustrative examples and will be described in detail below. It should be understood, however that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular forms disclosed, but on the contrary, the invention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternative falling within the spirit and the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It is to be noted that a person skilled in the art can be motivated from the present invention and modify the various constituents of plant nutrient, which are varying from crop to crop. However, such modification should be construed within the scope and spirit of the invention. Accordingly, the examples are showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the aspects of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having benefit of the description herein.

The terms "comprises", "comprising", or any other variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. In other words, one or more elements in a fertilizer composition or method proceeded by "comprises... a" does not, without more constraints, preclude the existence of other elements or additional elements in the composition or method.

Accordingly, the present invention relates to a plant nutrient composition comprising of (a) first component comprising of nitrogenous fertilizer or phosphorus or NPK complex fertilizer; (b) second component comprising of micronutrients; wherein the ratio of first component to second component is in the range of 10: 0.05 to 10: 3.

In one aspect of invention the micronutrients are humic acid, boric acid, salts of Zn, cu, Mn, Mg or combination thereof.

In another aspect of invention the nitrogenous fertilizer is urea and phosphorus fertilizer is diammonium phosphate (DAP).

In another aspect of invention the micronutrients are humic acid, boric acid, fulvic acid, cupric sulphate, zinc sulphate or combination thereof.

In yet another aspect of invention the ratio of first component to second component is preferably in the range of 10:0.1 to 10: 2, more preferably 10:0.1 to 10:0.6. In yet another aspect of invention the first component is optionally treated with castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil, wherein the ratio of first component to castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil is in the range of 10:0.1 to 10: 2. In yet another aspect of invention the urea is mixed with humic acid in the range of 10:0.2.

In yet another aspect of invention the urea is mixed with humic acid and boric acid in the range of 10:0.6. In yet another aspect of invention the urea is mixed with cupric sulphate in the range of 10:0.1.

In yet another aspect of invention the urea is mixed with zinc sulphate in the range of 10:0.1.

In yet another aspect of invention the diammonium phosphate is mixed with fulvic acid in the range of 10:0.5.

In yet another aspect of invention the first component urea is treated with castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil and urea is mixed with humic acid in the range of 10:0.2.

In yet another aspect of invention the first component urea is treated with castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil and urea is mixed with humic acid and boric acid in the range of 10:0.6.

In yet another aspect of invention the first component urea is treated with castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil and urea is mixed with cupric sulphate in the range of 10:0.1.

In yet another aspect of invention the first component urea is treated with castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil and urea is mixed with zinc sulphate in the range of 10:0.1.

In yet another aspect of invention the first component diammonium phosphate is treated with castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil and diammonium phosphate is mixed with fulvic acid in the range of 10:0.5.

Still another aspect of invention a method for preparing plant nutrient composition comprising steps of: (i) drying nitrogenous fertilizer or phosphorus or NPK complex fertilizer to make it devoid of moisture (ii) mixing urea or diammonium phosphate or NPK complex fertilizer with humic acid and/or boric acid and/or salts of Zn, cu, Mn, Mg (iii) heating the mixture of step (ii) at a temperature in the range of 100-130°C+/- 5°C for a period of 10 to 60 minutes. Further, aspect of invention wherein the method for preparing plant nutrient composition involves solid -solid incorporation of micronutrients and/or ingredients or adhering or coating of micronutrients/ingredients.

In yet another aspect of invention the plant nutrient having application on crops such as cotton, chillies, paddy, etc. and enhances the yield of crops by 10% to 35%. The present invention relates to the field of agriculture in particular this invention pertains to development of plant nutrient related to precision agriculture, wherein nitrogenous fertilizer or phosphorus or NPK complex fertilizer compositions have been prepared and are very effective as plant nutrient. The present invention leads to develop economical and efficient plant nutrients, which are manufactured by suitable substances such as plant oils, castor oil, glycerol for treating various fertilizers..

In another aspect of the present invention urea is mixed well with 0.5 to 5% of castor oil or glycerol or vegetable oil and later the desired substances of addition as coating and/or adhering such as organic (humic acid) micronutrients such as Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg with desired ratios are mixed uniformly to result materials comprising of urea granules coated with the added substances.

In another aspect of the present invention DAP is mixed well as with 0.5 to 5% of castor oil or glycerol and later the desired substances of addition as coating such as organic (humic) micronutrients such as Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg with desired ratios are mixed uniformly to result materials comprising of DAP coated with the added substances. In yet another aspect of the present invention, wherein an economical and efficient plant nutrient was manufactured by solid-solid incorporation by heating urea (Amide) below its melting point (135°C ± 2°C). The desired substances of incorporation such as organic (humic) micronutrients such as Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg with desired ratios were mixed uniformly with urea granules and subjected to heating at 110 °C to 135 °C for 10-20 minutes and resultant materials were collected as urea granules absorbed the added substances.

In another aspect of the present invention, wherein the desired substances were mixed first with meshed DAP powder (0.5-3.0%) and of incorporation such as organic (fulvic), micronutrients such as Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg with desired ratios are mixed uniformly with DAP granules and subjected to heating at 110 °C to 135 °C for 10-20 minutes and resultant materials were collected as DAP granules absorbed the added substances.

The process was designed in a continuous way of heating with conveyer system at continuous process the feasibility obtaining desired product varies with length of conveyer belt heating temperature ranging from 100 °C to 400 °C.

EXAMPLES

The following examples are given by way of illustration and therefore should not be construed to limit the scope of the present invention.

1. UREA + 1% CASTOR OIL + 2% ORGANIC (HUMIC ACID POWDER) 1 kg of urea (without moisture) along with 10 g of castor oil was mixed properly, later by adding with 20 g of humic acid powder.

2. UREA + 1% CASTOR OIL OR GLYCEROL OR VERGETABLE OIL +5 % ORGANIC (HUMIC ACID POWDER) + 1 % BORIC ACID

1 kg of urea (without moisture) along with 10 g of glycerol or castor oil or vegetable oil was mixed it properly, later by adding with 50 g of humic acid along with boric acid powder.

3. UREA++ 1% CASTOR OIL OR GLYCEROL OR VERGETABLE OIL + 1% CUPRIC SULPHATE

1 kg of urea (without moisture) along with 10 g of glycerol or castor oil or vegetable oil was mixed properly, later by adding with 10 g of cupric sulphate powder. 4. UREA+ 1% CASTOR OIL OR GLYCEROL 1%ZINC SULPHATE

1 kg of urea (without moisture) along with 10 g of glycerol or plant oils such as castor oil was mixed properly, later by adding with 10 g of zinc sulphate.

5. DAP + 1% CASTOR OIL OR GLYCEROL OR VERGETABLE OIL + 5% FULVIC ACID

1 kg of DAP (without moisture) along with 10 g of glycerol or plant oils such as castor oil or vegetable oil was mixed, later by adding with 50 g of fulvic acid along with ten boric acid powder .

6. UREA + 5 % ORGANIC (HUMIC AICD) Take 1 kg of urea (without moisture) in an aluminum tray, add 50 g of humate (100 meshed powder without moisture), mix properly and put in oven at 110 °C for 15 to 20 minutes (mix the total material every 5 minute to avoid stickiness).

7. UREA + 5 % ORGANIC (HUMIC AICD) +1 % BORIC ACID)

Take 1 kg of urea (without moisture) in an aluminum tray, add 50 g of humate (100 meshed powder without moisture) and add 10 g of boric acid powder mix it properly, and put it in oven at 110 °C for 15 to 20 minutes (mix the total material every 5 min to avoid stickiness). In continuous process at high temperatures in short time of reaction the efficient process was designed.

8. UREA+1% CUPRIC SULPHATE Take 1 kg of urea (without moisture) in an aluminum tray, add 10 g of cupric sulphate powder mix it properly and put in oven at 120 °C for 15 to 20 minutes (mix the total material every 5 minutes to avoid stickiness). In continuous process at high temperatures in short time of reaction the efficient process was designed.

9. UREA+1% ZINC SULPHATE Take 1 kg of urea (without moisture) in an aluminum tray add 10 g of Zinc sulphate powder mix it properly, and put it in oven at 135 °C for 15 to 20 minutes (mix the total material every 5 minute to avoid stickiness). In continuous process at high temperatures in short time of reaction the efficient process was designed

10. DAP + 5% FULVIC ACID

Take 1 kg of DAP (without moisture) in an aluminum tray, add 20 g of fulvic acid powder and lOg of urea powder, mix it properly and put it in oven at 125 °C for 15 to 20 minutes (mix the total material every 5 min to avoid stickiness). In continuous process at high temperatures in short time of reaction the efficient process was designed.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is viable, effective, economical and simple process to manufacture required efficient plant nutrients using suitable substances for coating by using plant oils such as castor oil and other substances like glycerol and/or adhering organic substances, micronutrients such as Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg with desired ratios.

The method for preparing plant nutrient composition involves solid -solid incorporation of micronutrients and/or ingredients or adhering or coating of micronutrients/ ingredients .

The disclosed plant nutrient having application on crops such as cotton, chillies, paddy etc. enhances the yield of crops by 10% to 35%.
